Forgive me if this has been asked already. I received game as gift. I am playing collectors edition according to paperwork. I'm playing Axis campaign and am on second mission. Using the easy setting as well. I seem to be able to only build 20 regiments at one time. I played first mission and built over that limit though they were in red. Anything need to be changed or am I stuck with only 20 units while I get plastered by the enemy? Thanks for the help.
